It is strictly against our policy to use any animal from WACRRA as food for another animal. If we discover that an animal has been used for this purpose, legal action will be taken. Do you agree to these terms, confirming that this pet will not be used for human or animal consumption?

Have you or anyone in your household ever been (i) charged with, or convicted of, animal cruelty, neglect, or abandonment, (ii) the subject of a civil proceeding to terminate your ownership rights of a dog, cat, or other companion animal, (iii) ever surrendered an animal to, or had an animal seized by an animal control officer?

Anyone associated with WACRRA will remain neutral on the subject of animal testing for the specific animals they and WACRRA are caring for. Do you agree to abide by this rule?

I understand that if I fail to uphold these terms and am found in violation of any part of this agreement, WACRRA reserves the right to reclaim any animals adopted through their organization, and legal action may be taken against me.
