This application must be filled out prior to adoption from our program. Completion does not guarantee the applicant will be approved for adoption, and does not constitute a hold on a specific pet. It is strictly against our policy to use any animal from WACRRA as food for another animal. If we discover that an adopted animal has been used for this purpose, legal action will be taken. Do you agree to these terms, confirming that this pet will not be used for human or animal consumption?

I understand that if I fail to uphold these terms and am found in violation of any part of this agreement, WACRRA reserves the right to reclaim any animals adopted through their organization, and legal action may be taken against me.
